• Pitch, write, shoot, report and edit packages on Central Nebraska sports - Husker athletics, UNK athletics, Hastings College athletics, high school athletics​

• Created sports department that has challenged the dominant #1 station in Central Nebraska using less manpower and resources

• Train new employees on day-to-day operations of station

• Produce content for 5 pm, 6 pm and 10 pm newscasts. Produce digital content across all social media platforms paying close attention to the details 

• Provide compelling coverage by putting an emphasis on storytelling through features that highlighted a town or athlete to delve deeper into what sports meant beyond the "lines" which is highlighted in my Hasaan Hawthorne package in my reel 

• Organize and coordinate weekly sports schedules, including content for station's Friday sports show (12-minute sportscast on HS football and basketball on 10 pm show)
